The Bocas del Toro Archipelago is a group of islands located in the northwest part of Panama in the Laguna of Chirique. The archipelago is near the border with Costa Rica. It offers a perfect mixture of the Caribbean beauty with its nature and history with cultural traditions.

This archipelago also splits or separates the Almirante Bay and Laguna de Chiriqui from the Caribbean Sea. It is located in particular in the Bocas del Toro District of the Bocas del Toro Province. Its major city is the Bocas del Toro which is also called the Bocas town on the Colon Island. The islands are easily reached by water taxis and private boats.
