Accomodations

Reflecting the refined qualities of an elegant home, all 105 rooms, suites and villas at One&Only Ocean Club exude a warm and inviting ambience with every modern amenity. Rooms and suites are presented in two distinct wings, Hartford and Crescent, and come with spacious balconies and patios offering garden or ocean views.

Residential-style villas perched above the beach with private infinity pools, as well as garden cottages, offer more spacious living areas for families.

Crescent Wing

Contemporary luxury defines the five two-story buildings of the Crescent Wing. Guestrooms and suites appointed in an elegant island decor feature hardwood louvered doors opening to a private patio or balcony, offering endless views of a pristine blue ocean. The Crescent Wing houses 40 Beachfront Rooms and 10 Beachfront Suites.

Hartford Wing

With its classic colonial architecture and casual plantation décor, the two-story Hartford Wing exudes a warm and inviting ambience. Guestrooms and suites offer a lovely view of the ocean or garden grounds, best viewed from the inviting patio or balcony.

Dining

Dining at One&Only Ocean Club is renowned and unforgettable. Tempting flavours and enchanting aromas meld into delectable cuisine. Dine while overlooking the ocean at Dune, presided over by world-class chef Jean-George Vongerichten. Thursday through Monday, the open-air Courtyard Terrace and its magical central fountain offer an incomparable menu in an intimate and inviting atmosphere.

An additional array of dining options are also available at our sister property, Atlantis Paradise Island including Japanese cuisine at the acclaimed Nobu restaurant by Michelin-starred chef Nobu Matsuhisa and Café Martinique by Jean-Georges Vongerichten.

Spa

The extraordinary, award-winning One&Only Spa is undeniably one of the finest, most luxurious spas in The Bahamas and Caribbean. Featuring eight Balinese-style private treatment villas with open-air gardens, the spa offers a sensual and rejuvenating experience.

Individually-tailored exercise programs and group classes are available in One&Only Ocean Club’s Fitness Centre. Complimentary, one-hour yoga classes are offered daily on the beach deck, and private sessions for physical and spiritual wellbeing are offered for a fee.

Golf

Masterfully conceived and stunningly beautiful, the Tom Weiskopf-designed Ocean Club Golf Course offers guests of the resort every element for the perfect game. This 18-hole, par-72 course stretches over 7,100 yards on Paradise Island’s peninsula, where crosswinds challenge even the most experienced of players.

Equipment rentals (featuring men’s and ladies Callaway Fusion Wide Sole Irons and Fusion Technology Woods, Odyssey Putters and Foot-Joys shoes) are available. Each golfer must have his or her own set of clubs. If travelling with two sets of clubs in one bag, we will be happy to provide an additional bag for use during your stay. Please be advised that the course is cart path only year round.

Bahamas Information

Passport control

All persons, including U.S. citizens, are required to present a valid passport in order to enter The Bahamas.

Currency

The Bahamian dollar (B$) is equal to the US dollar, and both are widely accepted. The resort also accepts traveller’s cheques, and currency exchange is available at the reception desk.

Check-in/Check-out

Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is 12pm.

Electricity

One&Only Ocean Club utilises the North American standard 120-volt, 60-Hertz alternating power required to power US and Canadian appliances such as electric razors, hairdryers, and other standard items found in guest rooms. European appliances require a power adapter, provided complimentary.

Internet access

Complimentary high-speed Internet access offered in every guest room and suite; Wi-Fi service is available complimentary at the Versailles Pool, in The Library and at Dune Bar.

Time zone

Paradise Island, Bahamas, falls within the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone, the same as Miami and New York City. It is five hours behind Greenwich Mean Time (GMT – 5).
