The Brooklyn Bridge – The Bridge ranks as one of the marvelous engineering feats of the 19th century and continues to this day as one of New York’s most prominent landmarks. The imposing bridge spans the East river between Brooklyn and Manhattan and stretches for a length of 5989 ft, about 1.8 km. The Brooklyn Bridge is acknowledged as the world’s biggest suspension bridge.
