To be eligible for the drawings, entries must be received by midnight Eastern Standard Time of the last day of the month. Winners are determined by random drawings from all entries received from the eTravelTrips.com site and the eTravelTrips.com network of affiliate banners. Trademarks that are used in this promotion are the property of the respective trademark owners. By entering your e-mail address and leaving the opt-out boxes checked, you have agreed to receive information from eTravelTrips.com and affiliated sites. PRIZES The prizes and their respective retail values will be described in full on the various website pages. The sponsor(s) may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prizes are not transferable. Winners may not choose cash or alternative prizes. Winners will be notified by email within 5 days of the drawing and will be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability and publicity release which must be returned to the designated address within 10 days of the notification attempt. If the winner does not respond within 10 days, no alternate winner will be chosen. All taxes are the responsibility of the winner. Entry constitutes permission to post winners names on the website and the use the winner name and hometown for purposes of advertising without further compensation unless prohibited by law. CONDITIONS The sponsor(s) are not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected or garbled computer transmissions or network, computer, telephone, or electronic failures of any kind including any communications or computer failures or circumstances which effect, disrupt or corrupt the sweepstakes in any manner. ELIGIBILITY The sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States logging on to the Internet from within the United States, who are 18 years of age or older except those who are employees of sponsor(s), its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers or their immediate families.
