Le Guanahani  is set on a private peninsula above beaches and a lagoon this wonderful St Barts resort originally opened in 1986 and expanded in 1991, Le Guanahani has established itself as a haven of casual luxury, comfort and elegance.

Spread throughout the tropical landscape in colorful cottages,  Le Guanahani’s accommodations have all been recently updated by designer Luis Pons in a timeless and graceful Explorer style. They offer a private terrace, ceiling fans, air-conditioning, in-room safe,  telephone, stocked mini-bar, LCD flat-screen TV, iPod dock, Video On Demand, high-speed wireless Internet access and bathroom with honey-tumbled tile shower and Clarins amenities.

The 2- and 3-bedroom suites have stylish living areas, and some offer hot tubs, private pools and ocean views.

There are 2 restaurants (1 with a beach terrace) and a beach bar, as well as 2 pools, a luxe spa and a fitness center. Other perks include 2 beaches, tennis courts and kids’ activities. Influenced by a wealth of French tradition and the exceptional culinary heritage of St. Barth itself, Le Guanahani presents refined, Mediterranean-inspired cuisine paired with unobtrusive service.
The hotel’s main restaurant overlooks the pool and stunning Grand  Cul-de-Sac. The all-day dining venue offers a superbly fresh and continually evolving menu with an emphasis on inventive seafood and grilled dishes prepared with subtle global influences.

Situated between Le Guanahani’s two palm-studded beaches, Indigo on the Beach is the essence of barefoot elegance. In this relaxed atmosphere, surrounded by postcard-perfect views of the sea, guests enjoy light fare from Indigo and refreshing hand-crafted cocktails.

The Beach Bar is the place to meet and celebrate the moment with a late-afternoon cocktail or a bottle of rosé as the sun sets. The bar, with its talented mixologists, also provides beachside service to guests relaxing under the shade of the palapas situated along Grand Cul-de-Sac.

A festival of flavors takes place in the evening at Bartolomeo, located within the hotel’s beautiful tropical gardens. In this elegant candle-lit setting, guests enjoy finely prepared selections made with fresh ingredients and infused with Caribbean spices and Mediterranean flavors. Wines, apéritifs and digestifs are enjoyed at Bar ’to Lounge, located adjacent to the restaurant.
